NAPS HQ Policy question

I was shocked to find out this week that a confidential letter I sent to a NAPS elected officer, that was intended for NAPS only, was forwarded and shared with the other side-the very people I was speaking about. It has put me in a compromised position and I fear repercussions. This is an example of one of the greatest fears of the membership, speaking up and having your situation being made even worse by those you trusted to assist. This action was taken without warning or requesting my permission.

What is the NAPS HQ position regarding this type of behavior from NAPS officers? I would like to know as soon as possible.
