On October 4, Gallup will send you an invitation to participate in The Postal Pulse, the Postal Service’s employee engagement survey. Please take the time to candidly respond to the survey which takes approximately 2-5 minutes to complete.

Your individual responses are kept completely confidential and will not be revealed by Gallup. Your input will be the basis for helping managers and employees work together to ensure the United States Postal Service remains a vital, supportive, and engaging place to work.

You may participate in the survey any time beginning on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, and ending Friday, November 4, 2016.

You can take on-the-clock time to complete it. No one within the Postal Service can reference the information in your email invitation, nor will Gallup reveal it under any circumstances.
